Gerwin Brand, formerly the executive chef at The Lodge in Verbier, has set up a new restaurant in Le Chable, Switzerland. Hotel de La Poste opened its doors in December 2013 and has become a popular place to enjoy a fantastic meal produced by one of Verbier’s finest chefs!
Gerwin trained at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons under Raymond Blanc and is known for his attention to detail and absolute professionalism in the kitchen. We are delighted that Gerwin has chosen to use Chalet Shop crockery in Hotel de la Poste.
