+ Do we have to pay VAT and how are customs handled?
For packages destined for places outside the UK, you will only be charged UK VAT on storage and handling costs. Everything else will be invoiced excluding VAT, but you will be responsible for paying import VAT and duties ahead of the items crossing the border.

+ What can we expect from your services?
After sending us the floor plans for your property, we will design moodboards for the main living area and one of the bedrooms. If you like our style, we will then ask for a £2000 (excluding VAT) deposit, which is fully redeemable against the final invoice, before creating the rest of the designs for your property. We will then suggest a site visit from £500 through of our consultants to check light fittings and ensure that all furniture will fit. Once all your designs are finalised, the logistics team will get to work organising the collation, storage and shipping of all your items. Your package will arrive in one consignment on a mutually agreed date. The lorry can be met by yourselves or one of our consultants on your behalf. The consultants will oversee the unloading and installation of all items. If required, they will also project manage any electrical or joinery work needed.
+ How much do you charge?
There is no fee for our design work. All our packages are bespoke and so the price will vary depending upon your product choices. The examples above offer a reasonable guide price, including shipping. There is a handling and administration fee for each package.
