About Chalet Shop
We specialise in furniture and accessory packages for ski chalets and apartments across the Alps. Our Property Packages are also popular in other second home destinations such as southern and rural France, the Spanish Costas and UK holiday destinations.
Our Packages are bespoke collections of high-quality products and trusted brands. We know what makes a functional second home or successful holiday let without any compromise on style.
Who we Are
Chalet Shop was created by old friends, Hannah and Sally, who share a passion for skiing and the mountains borne out of years of experience of living, working and holidaying in the Alps.
The Board is supported by a great team who have an eye for detail and pride themselves on outstanding levels of customer service. Our cross-continental network of delivery drivers, customs experts, project co-ordinators, electricians, joiners and other skilled tradespeople all play their part in turning those initial moodboard concepts into real results.
Meet the Team
Hannah – Director
Hannah spent 8 years renovating, setting up and managing The Lodge, Sir Richard Branson’s exclusive Virgin Limited Edition ski chalet in Verbier. During this time she gained first-hand experience of how challenging it can be to source unique and high quality furnishings at sensible prices in the Alps.
After years of dealing with a long list of international suppliers and overcoming complex delivery scenarios, the idea for Chalet Shop was born.
Sally – Director
Ex-chalet host, Sally, has always had a passion for the Alpine way of life and a long-standing goal to start a business from scratch. She also has a keen eye for interiors and design.
Teaming up with Hannah, Sally left her career as a Lawyer and together they founded Chalet Shop and have nurtured its growth from fledgling business to a reputable and trusted brand across ski resorts in the Alps.
Angela – General Manager
Angela joined Chalet Shop in 2024 and quickly became an invaluable member of the team. With a wealth of experience in logistics and over 10 years in the property management and rental sector, her calm, practical approach and positive attitude have made her a firm favourite with both colleagues and clients.
Recently promoted to General Manager, Angela now oversees the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring everything from procurement to delivery runs smoothly across all projects.
No stranger to the Alps, Angela prefers to enjoy the mountains in the summer – hiking, white water rafting and spending lazy afternoons by the lake.
Georgie – Social Media & PR Manager
Georgie joined the Chalet Shop team in September 2017 as Assistant Manager and has been with us ever since! She is really enjoying her time at Chalet Shop and has progressed in all aspects of the business over the years.
With her passion for interior design, she has become more and more involved with our Ski Property Packages alongside working on marketing and PR campaigns.
Katie – Procurement Manager
Organisation is Katie’s superpower. Since joining Chalet Shop in 2023, she has played a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Now as Procurement Manager, she oversees all stock ordering, supplier coordination and assisting with shipping logistics – ensuring every item arrives on time and on budget.
Katie has a sharp eye for value and is brilliant at sourcing the best deals for our clients, while maintaining excellent relationships with our trusted suppliers and shipping partners.
James – Finance and IT Manager
James joined Chalet Shop in September 2023, stepping into the role of Assistant Manager. He has since taken on a variety of responsibilities, including managing the day to day accounts and overseeing the website.
Vivienne – Assistant Designer
Viv has a true passion for interiors. After training with the British Academy of Interior Design in 2017, she’s single handedly delivered a wide range of projects, from the redesign of single rooms, full home renovations, show homes, holiday lets, and even a few retail spaces.
In 2025, Viv joined The Chalet Shop team as part of our growing Design Department. She loves working closely with clients to create spaces that not only look beautiful, but also reflect their personal style, function seamlessly, and truly support the way they live.
